What is the difference between Ace Rewards and Rocky's Business Rewards?
Ace Rewards is our customer loyalty program that is available to all Rocky's customers. Rocky's Business Rewards is available only to businesses and non-profit organizations, and allows our business customers to charge purchases to an account and be invoiced instead of paying at the register. It also provides a number of other benefits.
How large does your business have to be to get a Rocky's Business Rewards account?
Any business is eligible for a Rocky's Business Rewards account, even if you only have one employee or are self-employed. We also serve large corporations, institutions and towns or cities. We customize account terms and discount levels based on your account size and purchasing habits.
How do I set up a Rocky's Business Rewards commercial charge account?
Just download our application and submit it as directed.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Contact us. Your password will be reset on the next business day or sooner.
Can I pay my bill online?
Currently we cannot accept payment to your account online. You may view your invoices or account statements online, but we do not accept online credit card payments.
How can I view my invoices?
First log in to your account. Then simply place the cursor on the invoice and double-click to view the invoice.
Can I print invoices and statements?
Yes. After you have logged in to your account, you will see a "print" button that you can click to automatically print your invoice or statement.
Our town/city needs a large quantity of a special order item and we are looking for bids. How do we submit a bid request?
You can submit a bid request electronically through our website, or you can fax it to 413-731-5173, Attn: Business Rewards. You do not need to be a current Business Rewards account holder to submit a bid request.
I buy the same items from you each year. Can I pre-order these items and pick them up at the store?
Absolutely. Just contact the Rocky's Business Rewards team or your local store with your request We also offer pre-order discounts on certain seasonal items like rock salt and mulch. Check our "Current Specials" section or sign up to receive our email offers to be notified of these special savings.
