In operation for nearly a decade and a fixture in the Easton, Pennsylvania community, Cantelmi’s Forks Hardware has undergone a change in ownership. Rocky’s Ace Hardware, a family-owned business with neighborhood-based stores in seven states, is the new owner and operator of the store.

“We’ve been in continuous operation under the same family ownership since opening our first location in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1926,” said Rocky’s Ace Hardware President and CEO Rocco Falcone. “As a fellow family-owned and -operated company, we can promise to maintain the Cantelmi’s feel. It is our goal to be the choice for customers in Easton seeking expertise, exceptional customer service and a vast product selection in paint, hardware and lawn and garden.”

Falcone furthered, “We recognize that our success is due to the support of members of the communities in which our stores are located. We truly make a concerted effort to give back to these same communities and will seek out ways to do the same across Forks.”

In addition to investing in the community, Falcone intends to invest in the facility itself, with a series of planned improvements and a more expansive product inventory.

“Our tagline is ‘experience the difference,’” said Falcone. “And our Forks customers will in terms of more offerings. However, they should rest assured that the employees of the former Cantelmi’s will remain on staff, so customers will continue to have familiar faces serving them.”
