Rocky’s Ace Hardware, a family-owned business with neighborhood-based stores in 6 states, embraces the holiday spirit and is encouraging patrons to follow suit, as they collect ‘Toys for Tots’ at all of their store locations. Founded in 1947 in California, the Toys for Tots program has since expanded nationwide. While charity events ranging from golf tournaments to foot races are held throughout the year, the principal Toys for Tots drive is held during October, November and December, and culminates right before Christmas, to the delight of children who find toys under their tree on Christmas morning.
